Cover Your Legal Obligations

HVAC solutions - like heat pumps, air conditioners and process cooling systems - use fluorinated gases (F-gases). And as the operator of such a system, you're required to comply with certain legislation under the F-Gas Regulations.

These require that any system containing a qualifying amount of fluorinated gas is regularly leak tested by a qualified engineer. They also require that equipment is logged and labelled, with records kept of any work undertaken.
