Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) ensures your system runs at optimum efficiency levels, reducing operational costs and environmental impact, extending equipment lifespan and protecting against breakdown. It’s also a common manufacturer requirement for the validation of equipment warranties.
Alongside peace of mind, our PPM packages cover your legal obligations. Under F-Gas Regulations, any system containing a qualifying amount of refrigerant gas must undergo regular leak testing by a qualified engineer. The law also requires equipment is logged and labeled, with records kept of any work undertaken. With PPM, you’re assured full compliance.
In most cases we recommend twice yearly maintenance visits. We also provide fully tailored PPM services for more complex systems to suit their purpose and environment. What this gives you is a known ongoing cost, covering both system performance and legal responsibilities.
