What You’ll Do
You’ll initially join us for a 6 month probationary period. During this time, you’ll complete an orientation, covering the services we offer, the sites we work at, and the systems we work with.
You’ll then head out in the field, supporting a qualified and experienced technician with planned and reactive maintenance and service works on both air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
On successful completion of your probation, you’ll be enrolled on the Advanced Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Engineering Technician Level 2 training course, with the potential to advance to level 3.
Here you’ll gain the skills and knowledge you need to be fully competent in the design, installation, routine maintenance, reactive service, commissioning and decommissioning of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems.
