Planned preventative maintenance

PPM protects equipment reliability through regular servicing and replacing components before they fail, helping towards optimum equipment efficiency, savings on running costs, and extending equipment life span. Investment in PPM saves you money in the long term by reducing total operating costs and preventing costly emergencies.

A PPM programme also keeps you compliant with the current F-Gas Regulations, as many systems using fluorinated gases i.e. refrigerants have to be checked for leaks by qualified engineers at regular intervals. PPM is normally a requirement of the best equipment warranties.

We provide a repair call-out service for breakdown, fault finding and leak testing for all kinds of temperature control equipment. Our service is limited to businesses in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

We diagnose and repair all types of equipment, no matter who first installed it. Clients with a maintenance contract are guaranteed our quickest response.

Because of the impracticality of diagnosis over the phone, we will always attend site to investigate and then discuss the problem and solution with you, find out more, and test where necessary. Perhaps half of the problems we are called to can be diagnosed and fixed on the initial visit, but certain faults require further testing or the ordering of parts. Where parts are necessary, we can generally source them the same or next day.
